Coach at any level can request "Leave of Absence" due to any of circumstances, such as maternity leave, relocating overseas, extended travel, lack of employment opportunities etc

When coach decides to come back to active coaching, they can fill out a separate form "Return to Coaching" and have their accreditation reinstated (provided they fulfil all the requirements needed for reinstatement)
